Who we are
These terms govern the use of this website and bookings for Kalai Pe Kaal, the watch astrology workshop presented by Astro Dr. Shalini Behl and organised by ASRC ("we", "us"). By booking a place you accept these terms, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Shipping and Delivery Policy and the Privacy & website information page.
The workshop
Kalai Pe Kaal is an educational workshop on watch astrology: the interpretation of a watch’s colour, wearing hand, dial design, strap and gifting through astrology and traditional belief. It is delivered in Hindi and Hinglish on 24 October 2026. The schedule, format and duration are published in the booking section of the homepage; any item marked “to be confirmed” is finalised before payment is accepted.
The workshop fee is ₹199. Applicable taxes are confirmed before payment opens. The fee covers the four-part curriculum, the My Watch Blueprint worksheet, and any recording or question-and-answer access stated in the booking section at the time of booking.
Educational scope
The workshop explains practitioner interpretations, traditional customs and practical watch choices, and distinguishes between them. It is not a personal horoscope, kundli or chart consultation, and it is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. No watch, colour, metal or wearing hand is promised to change wealth, health, relationships, luck or success. Decisions you take after the workshop remain your own.
Bookings and payment
- Bookings are made through the payment provider linked from this website. A booking is confirmed when the provider confirms successful payment.
- Prices are in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
- You must be 18 years or older to book, or have a parent or guardian book on your behalf.
- One booking admits one participant unless the booking page states otherwise.
- Provide an accurate email address and mobile number; joining details are sent to them.
Joining and conduct
Joining details are sent as described in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. You are responsible for a working device, an internet connection and a quiet place to attend. We may remove, without refund, a participant who disrupts the session, records it without permission or behaves abusively towards the presenter or other participants.
Recordings and materials
The workshop, its slides and videos, the My Watch Blueprint worksheet and all text on this website are the intellectual property of ASRC and Astro Dr. Shalini Behl. You may use them for your own personal learning. Do not record, copy, share, resell or publish any part of the workshop or its materials without written permission. Recording access for participants, where offered, is stated in the booking section and expires as stated there.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellations by you, cancellations or date changes by us, non-attendance and refund timelines are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to the workshop
We may change the time, duration, format or platform of the workshop for reasons outside our control. We notify participants through the contact details supplied at booking. If a change prevents you from attending, the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim connected with the workshop or this website is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for interruptions caused by your device, connection or third-party platforms, or for decisions taken on the basis of the workshop content. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered place of business of ASRC.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version; the terms in force when you book apply to that booking.
