Refund and Cancellation Policy

Scope
This policy covers bookings for Kalai Pe Kaal, the watch astrology workshop by Astro Dr. Shalini Behl, organised by ASRC. The workshop is a service, not a physical product, so there is nothing to return; this page explains cancellations and refunds of the workshop fee.
Cancellation by you
- Request a cancellation through the contact details below, from the email address or mobile number used for the booking, quoting the payment reference.
- Requests received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start receive a full refund of the workshop fee.
- Requests received less than 48 hours before the start, or after the session has begun, are not refundable. Where recording access is part of the booking, it is still provided.
Cancellation or rescheduling by us
If we cancel the workshop, you receive a full refund. If we change the date or time and you cannot attend the new slot, tell us within 7 days of the notice and you receive a full refund; otherwise your booking carries over to the new slot.
Non-attendance
A booking that is not used on the day is not refunded. Where recording access is part of the booking, you still receive it.
Technical problems
If the session cannot be delivered because of a failure on our side or on the platform we use, we reschedule it or refund the fee in full. Problems with your own device, connection or power supply are not grounds for a refund; recording access, where offered, remains available.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you are charged twice for one booking, the duplicate amount is refunded in full. If a payment fails but money is debited, the payment provider reverses it under its own timelines; contact us with the transaction reference if the amount has not been reversed within 7 working days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. We initiate an approved refund within 7 working days of the request; banks and card issuers can take a further 5 to 10 working days to show the credit. The full workshop fee is refunded; no processing charge is deducted.
